1) About Ink Revive

Q1. What is Ink Revive?
Ink Revive curates, restores, and reimagines vintage art (posters, ads, ephemera) into contemporary wall art and lifestyle goods. Many pieces start from public‑domain sources that we carefully clean, recolor, or collage; others are original or AI‑assisted designs crafted by our studio.

Q2. Are your designs original? Do you use public‑domain images?
Yes. We research public‑domain archives and scan vintage pieces. We then enhance and redesign them (cleanup, color work, layout) so the final product is our original composition. When we use non‑public‑domain content, we secure the proper rights.

Q3. Do you use AI?
We treat AI as a creative tool—similar to a brush or scanner—for texture generation, inpainting, or style blending. Human direction and editing guide every step. We do not train models on your personal content.

Q4. Can you make custom art or personalize a print?

2) Products & Materials

Q5. What products do you offer?
Museum‑quality posters, framed prints, canvas wraps, and select lifestyle items (apparel, tote bags, mugs, phone cases). Availability may vary by region.

Q6. Do prints come framed?
We offer both unframed and framed options (black/white/wood, clear acrylic glazing). Frames are lightweight and ready to hang; see each product page for exact specs.

Q7. How do sizes work?
Sizes are listed in inches ("), centimeters (cm), or both. Many pieces scale to common sizes (8×10, 12×16, 18×24, 24×36 in). If you need a size not listed, reach out.

Q8. Color accuracy disclaimer
Screens display color differently. Minor variations between your screen and the final print are normal and not considered defects.


3) Ordering & Payment

Q9. How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, select options (size/frame/color), and check out. Each piece is made to order.

Q10. What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). Payments are processed securely via our providers. We never store full card details.

Q11. Which currency and taxes are used?
Prices are shown in your local or USD currency (see product page). Sales tax/VAT is calculated at checkout where required by law.


4) Shipping & Delivery

Q12. Where do you ship from and to?
Orders are fulfilled from regional facilities (e.g., US when available) to reduce transit time and customs. We currently ship only to USA for the moment.

Q13. How long will my order take?
Typical timelines (business days): Production 3–5 days + Shipping 3–10 days (destination‑dependent). Remote areas or peak seasons may take longer.

Q14. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product, destination, and carrier. Occasionally we run free‑shipping promos—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Q15. Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Multi‑item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Q16. Customs & duties
International shipments may incur duties or import fees set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.


5) Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Q17. Made‑to‑order policy
Each product is made specifically for you. To reduce waste, we don’t keep stock. Please check sizes and options carefully before ordering.

Q18. Can I return or exchange?
Damaged/defective/incorrect item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos—we’ll repair/replace or refund.
Change of mind/size exchanges: Eligible on select items within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective.

Q19. My package is lost or arrived damaged—what now?
Email hello@inkrevive.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it promptly with the carrier or our fulfillment partner.

Q20. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can modify or cancel orders before they enter production. Production often starts within hours, so please contact us ASAP.


6) Care Instructions

Q21. How do I care for prints?
Keep out of direct sunlight and high humidity. For framed prints, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Q22. How do I care for apparel?
Wash cold, inside‑out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on print.


7) Wholesale, Corporate & Licensing

Q23. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes—great for design studios, hotels, cafes, and staging. Email hello@inkrevive.com with quantities and SKUs for a quote.

Q24. Can I use your artwork commercially (e.g., in a restaurant or for a brand campaign)?
Commercial display (on walls) is fine with a physical purchase. For reproduction (e.g., packaging, ads, resale prints/merch), a license is required—contact us to discuss terms.

Q25. Do you sell digital downloads?
We do not sell digital downloads.


8) Ethics, IP & Privacy

Q26. Is it legal to sell art based on public‑domain sources?
Yes. Public‑domain works can be used commercially. Our restored/edited compositions and AI‑assisted pieces also include our original authorship.

Q27. Will you use my photos or data to train AI?
No. We do not use customer images or personal data to train models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Q28. Can I reproduce or resell your prints?
No. Purchase grants you a physical item for personal display. Reproduction, resale of the design, or derivative merch requires a license.
